MT TABOR

The Mt. Tabor Baptist Church was organized on July 13, 1983 by Dr. Nixon McDonald. Since that time, we have maintained a well-balanced service.  We offer a warm and friendly atmosphere, spirit-filled worship and heart stirring messages.
We have well trained teachers throughout the church.  This includes Sunday School, Women's Mission Union, Bible Class and Orientation classes which include step by step instructions on how to accept Christ as your personal Savior.
We have various departments throughout our church.  This includes, but not limited to; Children & Youth, Women, Men, Deacons/Deaconesses, Ushers & Choir Department.  Teaching, preaching, and prayer (public & private) ministries.  Family, premarital & individual counseling is also available.  Plans are being made to begin a drug abuse program and literacy program.
Our purpose and mission is to win souls for Christ and help you grow to become a mature Christian.
